About this role 

All great people teams are built on rock solid foundations - as the business needs continue to evolve, we are now seeking a Talent Business Partner, focusing on Talent Acquisition and helping to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our workforce. Source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.

This role will support the Manager to mainly manage the Talent Acquisition under the HR function in Taiwan.
We’re looking for someone who has experience in a high-growth startup, with mass recruitment experience, and is able to recruit the right people quickly. 

What you will do - Talent Acquisition

    • Acts as Business Partner for across teams
    • Support in workforce planning and performance review 
    • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
    • Support the business by providing quality driven, cost effective and timely end-to-end recruitment solutions to the designated business units, drawing insights from analytics to make the hiring process smarter and more efficient.
    • Partner with management in identification and prioritization of current and future talent needs.
    • Continuously update oneself with changes in HR trends & tools, industry movements.
    • Collaborate across teams on other People Operations special projects i.e. People Operations Process Improvement, Employer Branding, Internship Programs, Open House Recruitment.

What you will do - People Operations

    • Possess a strong understanding of HR process chains and responsibilities within the HR operations domain.
    • Support and execute HR-related initiatives.
    • Perform related duties as assigned
