1. Develops digital marketing strategy by Identifying trends and insights, tracking changes in supply and demand, monitoring the competition and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights..
2. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns to optimize user experience.
3. Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
4. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
5. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
6. Utilizes strong analytical ability to plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests across multiple channels and customer touch points. Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
7. Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth
8. Cooperate with the marketing manager to oversee the newly launched city’s overall performance and identify growth opportunities.

- 和組員共同規劃和執行,SEO/SEM 操作,網站內容優化,社群媒體操作和其他線上廣告操作及供應商溝通維護。優化行銷漏斗中每一階段用戶體驗以提升轉換率
- 評估中,長期問題和問題影響程度,並制定對應方案
- 數位管道成效追蹤,評估目標完成率
- 持續發想並優化策略,提升各數位渠道上成效,包含但不限: 線上廣告,社群媒體,網頁 SEO優化,內容優化等
- 透過數據分析和實驗來規劃,執行,和評估各數位渠道和用戶接觸點的轉換成效
- 判斷重要轉換點或用戶流失點以優化流程
- 監測新服務區域的整體表現資料,包含品牌宣傳,用戶獲取激活和用戶留存,以發現成長機會

Qualifications/Skills:

    • 1. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
    • 2. Self-motivated yet customer-focused
    • 3. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
    • 4. Able to develop budgets
    • 5. Familiar with financial planning and strategy

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

    • 1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
    • 2. Proven working experience in digital marketing
    • 3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
    • 4. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • 5. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • 6. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.)
    • 7. Working knowledge of ad tools
