We are currently seeking a high-energy and charismatic Business Development Associate to join one of the fastest-growing intra-city delivery platforms in Asia. If you thrive under pressure and embody a spirit of excellence, this role is for you!

What you’ll do

    • Lead Management: Manage leads through the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems.
    • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate with potential leads.
    • Sales effort: Deliver compelling sales presentations or demonstrations to potential clients through given leads..
    • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on key performance metrics.

    • Charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Strong Virtual sales skills to effectively promote and secure clients for our services. Stay knowledgeable about our products and discuss available options.
    • Can-do attitude and grit to seize new opportunities and make things happen.
    • Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies.
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills (Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel or G-suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

What you’ll need

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, business development, telesales, or any related field
    • Diploma (or higher) in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field is an added advantage but not mandatory.
