What we Seek

    • Providing WhatsApp Support to clients in a timely manner
    • Assisting clients on their delivery orders
    • Monitoring the delivery orders for our clients
    • Resolve delivery issues faced by customer
    • Shifts Timing 10 AM to 6 PM <OR> 5 PM to 10 PM
    • Must be able to work on weekends (at least a Saturday or Sunday)

What you'll Need

    • Great customer service, Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Problem solving ability and adaptable to changing needs from clients
    • Self -starter and responsible
    • Experience using different online channels to communicate with Clients
    • Shifts Timing 10 AM to 6 PM <OR> 5 PM to 10 PM
    • Must be able to work on weekends (at least a Saturday or Sunday)
