The Assistant Marketing Manager reports directly to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for the strategy, planning, actioning & delivery of Demand initiatives of Non-Corp Sales of Lalamove or our regular clients. The KPI of the User Marketing Lead directly impacts and aims to ensure Lalamove’s Transaction Value Targets and Number of Active Users are met on a monthly or full year perspective.


What you'll do:

    • Communications Campaign Manager: To strategize, manage and implement 360 channel campaigns encompassing offline and online channels with the aim of improving metrics such as First Time Users, Active Old Users, Transaction Value and City Growth Targets, all within the given budget.
    • Promotions Manager: To strategize, manage and implement Promo activities such as Promo Codes and Rebate programs to help achieve conversion of Active number ofUsers per program.
    • Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time

    • Collaborative: Ability to effectively collaborate with designers & other members of marketing team in order produce desired output

What you'll need:

    • A relevant degree in Marketing, Business or Brand Management field is advantageous.
    • Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Brand Management or Marketing Communications roles.
    • Prior Experience in Tech or start-up companies is advantageous, but open to experience in traditional industries as well such as FMCG.
    • Experience in strategizing and managing campaigns implemented offline (such as billboard, radio, TV) and online (Facebook, Youtube, Google).
    • Experience in coming up with Discount Promotions and Rebates for their brands is a plus.
    • Experience in handling a B2C or B2B market. (Both advantageous to the position)
    • Experience in working in a KPI-driven environment such as meeting Demand Targets, Awareness and Conversion Metrics of an assigned project.
