We are currently looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Berlin. As we expand our presence and capabilities in Berlin, it becomes increasingly important to raise awareness and boost user acquisition through online advertising. Your key objective would be to drive User Acquisition growth for our Berlin market. 

What we seek:

    • Performance Marketing mindset: To use all available conversion data to make informed decisions in optimising PPC campaigns, not limited to Google Ads & Meta Ads. Ensuring to hit main KPIs such as Driver Leads, Customer Acquisition, Business Leads, Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Acquisition, within the given budget
    • Data Driven: To analyse and utilise existing data from various tools and platforms on hand to make informed decisions. Creating end-to-end marketing campaigns based on data research and analysis
    • Expert in Google Ads & Paid Social: Have hands-on executional experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid social platforms
    • Test & Learn Mentality:  To be open enough to try new channels & learn from them. A/B testing targeting, strategies and creatives.
    • Problem-solver: To be able to find creative online campaigns to move User and Driver Acquisition numbers.
    • User Empathy: To be able to think from the perspective of a user or a driver & build user journeys which are seamless.
    • High autonomy: Self-organised, passionate with a can-do attitude and owns end-to-end projects. Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time

What You'll Need:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within the e-commerce or tech industry
    • Solid knowledge of digital marketing funnels and hands-on expertise in performance ad platforms (SEM, PPC, etc.) with advanced campaign setup
    • Excellent understanding of Google Ad and Meta Ad formats and best practices
    • Proven experience in remarketing/retargeting campaigns
    • Background in SEO optimisation, keyword research, conversion optimisation, and content marketing
    • Practical experience with A/B testing to drive performance improvements
    • Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data for actionable insights
    • Proactive in sourcing information and learning quickly on the fly
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ad Manager, and other digital marketing platforms
    • Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
