What you'll do:
1. Plan and execute digital CRM activities
2. Manage and optimize marketing automation platform
3. Run Lalamove Rewards loyalty program
4. Analyze the performance and optimize to meet KPIs
5. Plan and execute marketing projects
6. Work closely with Taiwan Marketing Team and Hong Kong Headquarter to ensure
7. campaign effectiveness
Qualifications/Skills:
- Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment;
- Must be data driven! Have strong experience and interest in analytics;
- Minimum 4 years of Digital Marketing / CRM / Owned Media Marketing / Project
- Management or related experience;
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Able to build collaborative relationships, demonstrates learning agility and strives for excellence in execution.
