We are looking for a Marketing Executive in the Hong Kong marketing team. The ideal candidate can work in fast-growing, diversified, and dynamic environments. He/she will be responsible for delivering content and brand communications across different channels, ensuring that all content created is aligned with Lalamove’s key messages, tone, and voice; and ultimately achieving marketing and business goals in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities:

    • Develop the content calendar following the business and marketing directions and global communications framework 
    • Create, edit, proofread, and improve communications content and materials to demonstrate our value proposition and product features to mass consumers, business clients, and also driver-partners
    • Work with various functional teams including Global Marketing, Product & Tech, Operation, and Customer Services teams to deliver engaging content across our app, website, social media, and other media channels
    • Work with PR/ Marketing partners and vendors to manage project timeline and delivery
    • Collaborate with digital marketers and designers to produce high-quality multi-media content
    • Collect market intelligence, provide analyses/insights, and report on content and PR efforts to demonstrate how the effort ties back to the overall business and marketing goals

Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree in Journalism & Communications, Marketing or Business related field, with 1-2 years of experience in content planning & development, media, online publication and/or related fields
    • Experiences in working in tech/e-Commerce or FMCG industry will be an advantage
    • Preferably with a solid digital content marketing background, including. SEO, hubspot, basic measurement metrics, etc. 
    • Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills, also detail-oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal in Chinese and fluent in English 
    • A good team player, with a passion for content and communications;  proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, and able to meet tight schedules
    • Strong multi-tasking skills, able to fit in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
