An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and international-minded department at Lalamove, we are now seeking a seasoned Operational leader to join our team as Corporate Operations Lead.  Reporting to the Assistant Corporate Operations Manager, the recruit will oversee the full spectrum of corporate operations for our Hong Kong market.
We are looking for an energetic and passionate leader who has operational management and project management experience gained from  a high growth environment.

What you’ll do

    • Operational management: Monitor daily operation process, ensure timely and accuracy of demand & supply fulfillment to achieve KPIs of managing delivery status, drivers or client’s expectations and increasing vehicle utilization
    • Project management: Take initiative on various projects (i.e. Delivery Projects handling, Same Day Delivery, etc), making them into actionable steps with timelines for completion and managing internal or external stakeholders’ expectations
    • Process Improvement: Utilize data to understand operational levers and review the areas of improvement in SOPs and SLAs;
    • Capacity Planning: Understand the dynamics between supply and demand, be able to create a plan to address imbalances through internal tools, processes and manpower planning.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams and foster collaborative culture as team leader to drive Corporate Operations team success
    • Data Management: Convert and present the operational reports to management review (i.e. P&L, projects and delivery cost), from data drawn from internal and external sources
    • Quotation: Must be able to provide reasonable quotes tailored to various projects.

What you'll need:

    • Higher Diploma / University graduate in business administration or logistics related fields
    • Minimum 5 years work experience accumulated from operational background, stakeholder and team management;
    • Proven experience in driving process improvement and project management to enhance operational efficiency
    • Strong problem solving skills and excellent excel skills.
    • Self-motivated, passionate, a good team player with positive and can-do spirit
    • Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Team player, ability to work across multiple teams and functions in a matrix environment
