Currently, we are looking for an Contractor, Driver Operations to join our fast-growing team. You must be someone with an aptitude for numbers and have a strong sense of accuracy. If you're highly motivated and ready for challenges, apply now!
What you will do?
- Handle direct and indirect complaints related to drivers through support form, Help center (via Zoho), Facebook, and at the office;
- Communicate directly with drivers on issues to understand & manage their expectations, investigate reported issues, and deliver optimal solutions;
- Process data related to driver quality and execute actions following SOP, T&C;
- Support driver registration, uniform, update information;
- Support driver communication: update news, collect driver feedback,..;
- Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by the Line Manager/ Department Manager.
What you’ll need
- Education: A degree in a relevant field is preferred. Recent graduates and final year students are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Prior experience in operations or customer service is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train and develop the right person for this role.
- A full-time commitment for at least 6 months is required.
- Have a personal laptop is necessary
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese;
- Proficiency in English is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential
- Familiarity of using existing social media platforms;
- Outgoing, collaborative, responsible, and well-organized individuals are preferred.
