We are seeking a driven Associate (Telesales Agent - Onboarding) who is passionate about connecting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Lalamove as a platform to driver partners by effectively communicating benefits, creating urgency, and driving conversions within a 14-day funnel through targeted calls and follow-ups. This role will also involve managing key onboarding projects, prioritizing leads, providing regular reports to internal and external teams, and creating engaging static and video content to attract and retain drivers.

What You'll Do:

    • Sell Lalamove as a platform to driver partners by clearly communicating benefits, creating urgency, and driving conversions within a 14-day funnel through targeted calling and follow-ups. 
    • Manage key projects, including lead prioritization (based on conversion funnel, driver type, registration date) and initiatives to increase 14 Day onboarding efficiency.
    • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to internal and external teams [e.g., Marketing] to improve lead quality and optimize onboarding efficiency. .
    • Create and enhance static and video content for sharing through designated channels to attract and engage drivers.

What We Seek:

    • Persuasive communicator with the ability to influence, motivate potential driver partners to join and stay active on the platform.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities such as lead prioritization, activation campaigns, and offline presence initiatives.
    • Analytical mindset to interpret daily, weekly, and monthly data, turning insights into actionable improvements.
    • Creative flair for producing engaging static and video content that resonates with drivers.
    • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining attention to detail.

What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in marketing, business, or supply chain).
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, driver acquisition, community management, field operations, or similar roles.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines effectively.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) and strong data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
    • Knowledge of CRM Tools & Callings tools {e.g., MicroSIP] is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse profiles.
    • Creative skills for developing static and video content will be an added advantage.
