Lalamove is seeking a high-energy and results-oriented Senior Driver Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City! As a key player in Asia's booming intra-city delivery scene, we offer a fast-paced and rewarding environment for individuals who thrive under pressure and embrace a passion for excellence. This role is responsible for the smooth operation of our entire driver support hub network. You will assume a multifaceted leadership role, from managing budgets and scheduling tasks to conducting inventory checks and ensuring compliance with company policies.

What you’ll do

    • Ensure the seamless and effective operation of all driver support hubs within the network.
    • Manage all relevant budgetary aspects, including expenses for utilities (electricity, water) and rental fees.
    • Build and develop working plans and allocate appropriate tasks to each individual to ensure the most effective operation.
    • Create a plan to conduct weekly and monthly site checks for each hub to identify and address any operational issues.
    • Manage and conduct cross-checks for issues related to inventory and cash on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve related issues and implement the most suitable processes for efficient operations.
    • Proactively stay up-to-date on all new policies, processes, and system features to provide guidance to agents and ensure proper compliance with the updated information.
    • Report daily/weekly/monthly with line manager 
    • Special/ad-hoc projects assign by Line Manager/ Department Manager

What you’ll need

    • Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
    • Minimum 2 year of experience in operations background/customer service;
    • Prior experience in operations is a plus.
    • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
    • Strong English reading comprehension skills.
    • Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese;
    • Outgoing, collaborative, responsible, and well-organized individuals are preferred.
