Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be supporting various business units on their hiring requirements.

You are great at:

    • Achieve 100% of assigned recruiting targets.
    • Learn key business objectives, timeframes, legal issues, and requirements associated with each business unit.
    • Understand candidate selection process
    • Understand the key success metrics associated with hiring goals
    • Ensure a positive experience for every candidate, maintain a positive, respectful, and caring attitude with all candidates

What it takes:

    • Bachelor's degree holder
    • Previous hiring experience in a BPO, headhunting firms, start-up companies or related industries is required
    • Previous experience hiring in sales roles required
    • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Goal-oriented, possess excellent time management skills and dedicated to teamwork
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
