Lamudi Group is an online real estate marketplace with active operations penetrating the majority of the market in Mexico, Philippines and Indonesia. We were founded in 2014 and recently acquired by an established investor in the real estate industry, EMPG Group. Lamudi has been pushing boundaries in the PropTech space and is looking at dominating the Asian market with new products and services that will service the growing need in the real estate business.

The opportunity:

The Marketing Officer will be supporting in the development of the brand strategy of Lamudi.  You will be conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategies for lead generation and branding.  We are looking for a professional who has experience in social media management, branding and digital marketing and be the guardian of the Lamudi brand.

You are great at:

    • Develop, plan and implement 360 campaigns, including social media, events, and traditional, to align with marketing strategies and goals
    • Oversee and analyze performance and execution of marketing campaigns, provide key learnings and recommendations that will improve the business
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns seamlessly
    • Monitor and report on engagement as well as community feedback and online reviews
    • Directly engage with  followers to build relationships with the community and foster engagement
    • Understands the ins and outs of social media analytics and is able to create new strategies to improve it.

What it takes:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in conceptualizing and executing integrated marketing communications strategies
    • Can communicate effectively verbally and in writing
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Highly creative
    • Strong project management skills 
    • Can handle a heavy workload and tight deadlines
