About the Challenge

As our Customer Operation Support your role is to facilitate the communication between Lamudi and it’s end-users. The customer service representative is responsible to handle inquiries and/or complaints and provide solutions in the most-effective and timely manner to represent the company in the best possible way experience.

What a day at work for you will look like:

    • You will provide AAA service on the phone to make potential customers enthusiastic about our product
    • You will provide outstanding communication to provide support in finding more properties matching user requirements
    • You will work diligently, full of energy, towards the team's SLA
    • You will manage your pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce) and keeping management up to date of your progress

    • You have at least a Bachelor degree from reputable University
    • You have minimum 1-year work experience in Customer Service
    • You have a commitment to the job and you are excited to work in a fast-growing startup
    • You are eager to learn and willing to go beyond the job description
Our selection procedure in a nutshell
The position reports to Customer Operations Manager. During the interview process you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
