About the Challenge
As Lamudi’s Salesforce Business Analyst & Developer, your mission is to design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs while ensuring optimal performance. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, integrating systems, and providing technical expertise on Salesforce best practices.
What a day at work for you will look like:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex and Lightning Components.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including third-party applications.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications using standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
- Perform regular Salesforce administration tasks including system configuration, user roles and permissions, and data management.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce functionality and limitations.
Is this you?
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including declarative features (flows, process builder), security, and data modeling.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven experience working closely with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into functional solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and automated testing frameworks for Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
