The Performance Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in the company, you will be the in-house digital expert, leading and championing digital campaigns across all most common channels. In this role, you will be responsible for running our Lamudi brand campaigns as well as our client marketing campaigns.
Our mission is to provide any Indonesian the most trustworthy and reliable way to buy a property. We do this by using technology to empower 10,000+ real estate agents and 100's property developers by connecting them to millions of prospective buyers previously beyond their reach.
What a day at work for you will look like:
- You will analyze campaign requirements
- You will set-up and manage digital marketing campaigns across most common (Google&Facebook) marketing channels
- You will optimize ongoing digital marketing campaigns to deliver the best result
- You will Identify new trends in Digital Marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure our brand and also clients are at the forefront of industry developments
- You will manage digital marketing team and its support to deliver good results
Is this you?
- Creative: Able to create concepts and turn it into designs that are artistically interesting and appealing to the target market
- Data-Driven: Analyze digital data to draw summary and recommendations
- Excellent time-management skills: Able to work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline.
- You have a university degree from a top Indonesian or foreign university
- You have 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, project management, digital marketing or social media
- You command the English language, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
- Very strong analytical capabilities. Ability to design and execute research projects including A/B testing and interpret meaningful and actionable results from your tests
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage deadlines
- Detailed knowledge of all digital marketing channels including but not restricted to paid search, display, paid social, and the use of data in targeting and re-targeting across all channels
- Must be customer-oriented and a strong deliverer. Assertiveness and decision-making ability are essential.
- An ability to analyze situations quickly, solving problems and recommending and implementing tactical and strategic changes. A pride in flawless attention to detail in every aspect of the role.
