Lamudi Group is an online real estate marketplace with active operations penetrating the majority of the market in Mexico, Philippines and Indonesia. We were founded in 2014 and recently acquired by an established investor in the real estate industry, EMPG Group. Lamudi has been pushing boundaries in the PropTech space and is looking at dominating the Asian market with new products and services that will service the growing need in the real estate business.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Selli (CRM) Consultant that will assist our clients with the implementation of the Selli (CRM) application. This will include onsite visits with clients, software configuration, documentation, as well as training and interaction with clients.

The Selli Consultant must be a skilled communicator with proven software implementation experience and customer service skills. Exceptional writing and reading skills are required to provide appropriate support for onboarding new clients and to work under pressure and prioritize workloads across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical and functional expertise to clients
    • Guide clients and demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
    • Manage all phases of the software implementation process using inhouse project methodologies
    • Conduct configuration workshops with clients, document all agreed configuration and outline the new business processes for the customer
    • Identify customer training needs and conduct client training programs
    • Conduct onsite project handover and review meetings with clients ensuring that all milestones are signed off and the customer is handed over to support
    • Liaise with the development team to identify additional software functionality to enhance the product offering
    • Participate in prospective client onsite demos and workshops
    • Assist in the software configuration for Demos to prospective clients
    • Develop business-specific and/or application-level approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering post-production support
    • Assist our business development team with developing prototype demonstrations
    • Seek additional sales opportunities and services from existing and prospective clients

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Previous experience with application software and integration between various software systems
    • Two plus years’ hands-on experience with CRMs or similar software applications
    • Experience designing and implementing software solutions in the sales, service, marketing, and data clouds
    • Ability to develop client training plans and lead train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions as required
    • Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet client business needs and participate in system configuration when necessary
    • Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts
