Job Description
As Lamudi's Business Operations Manager, you will be working side by side with the Head of Operations on designing, managing and improving operational processes across all departments, with a focus on Business intelligence, CRM Management, Broker Performance, and Process Improvement.
You will have the opportunity to get to know inside-out the operations of the number one real estate property portal in the Philippines, by embarking on a dynamic and entrepreneurial role with a steep learning curve. The role has high strategic relevance, with exposure to all the departments and senior management of Lamudi.

Mission
To ensure that Lamudi's internal operations effectively and efficiently support our goal of becoming the go-to-marketplace for all property sellers and buyers in the country. Your major areas of focus will be:

Business Intelligence: creation of reports to support performance measurement and decision making across all the departments

CRM Management: administration of the CRM system used by the Commercial team (Salesforce.com)

Broker Performance: operational tasks and strategic projects to improve and monitor broker performance

Process Improvement: across all the departments, according to Lamudi’s current priorities

Minimum Qualifications

    • Strong data analysis, proficient on Microsoft Excel
    • Motivated to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Eager to take on ownership and responsibilities
    • A sense of commitment to delivering tasks and projects within deadlines and with the highest level of quality
    • Ability to identify and proactively communicate issues, areas of improvement, and to provide status updates
    • Well organized and structured working style
    • Fast and enthusiastic learner and a team player
    • High ambition, self-driven, and attention to details

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Python, VBA, SQL, and HTML  
    • Experience with CRM software
