We are looking for a Head Broker Classifieds that can help us build and grow our Broker Sales Team. The team is young, hungry and growing, and you will have the responsibility to teach and train them, perfectionize their pitching skills and help them execute all their daily responsibilities. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

    • Provides strategic direction for telesales and account management division.
    • Work closely with our Vice President to be a significant contributor to getting our broker classifieds business to the next level
    • Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize performance wherever possible
    • Analyze issues by optimizing coordination and communication with other business functions for corrective and preventive solutions
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Help them get the right product for the right price, to ensure long term collaborations
    • Manage the performance of your teams, achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, and uphold a performance culture within the department
    • Provide inspiring leadership across the Business generation team and manage a set of KPIs for the department
    • You will be responsible for the day to day management of a Telesales and Account Management team of up to 50 people including providing ongoing training & sales coaching, and energising the team to achieve high levels of motivation to ensure delivery of sales targets.
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
    • Reflect on your team’s daily performance. See opportunities to improve and implement where possible.   

Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience in telemarketing, account or relationship management with a strong focus on sales.
    • 3+ years experience in handling a team, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in meeting own targets & deadlines.
    • Excited about working in a fast-paced environment, a deep motivation to grow and develop others, target oriented and able to work under pressure. 
    • Proactive, self-motivated, a desire to learn, persuasive and customer-centric.
    • A strong multi-tasker with great administrative skills.
    • A good command of English language.
    • Knowledge of the property market is a plus but not required.
    • If you have already gained hands-on work experience in the Asia market, it’s a plus. If not, prove to us that you are culturally aware and understand what it means for cultures to differ.
