We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will lead and empower a team of digital marketers to scale our digital marketing efforts  with the goal to achieve our business goals.

Our mission is to provide any Indonesian the most trustworthy and reliable way to buy a property. We do this by using technology to empower 10,000+ real estate agents and 100's property developers by connecting them to millions of prospective buyers previously beyond their reach.

What a day at work for you will look like:

    • You will lead and empower a team of digital marketers to ensure each person within the team achieves its target
    • You will plan and execute all digital marketing with different objectives from awareness to conversion on several channels such as social, search, and display, as well as manage the digital marketing budget effectively
    • You will identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • You will evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • You will strategically conduct the project in collaborative work (discussion, brainstorm & proposal) with another department, i.e business development, creative & social media
    • You will deliver and conduct strategic direction both external (client or 3rd parties) and internal team
    • You will holistically overview market situations, today’s consumer behavior and be updated with online trends to seek opportunities for developing initial ideas for client's needs

Is this you?

    • Excellent analytical skills: Translate complex online marketing data into easily understandable insights to further improve the digital marketing campaigns
    • Conceptual thinker:  someone who sees design as visual communication and can execute to the highest level, no matter the channel.
    • A critical and strategic thinker: Good with planning and great attention to details

    • 5 year(s) of working experience in start-up or a digital agency is preferred
    • Strong understanding and executional skill in Performance Marketing.
    • Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool
    • Hands-on experience of any mainstream advertisement management, re-marketing and web analytic tools like Google AdWords, Facebook, Google Display Network (GDN), DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics, etc.
    • Possess a broad knowledge of best digital practices
    • Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English verbal and written communication skills
    • Rational, resourceful, and quick thinking
Our selection procedure in a nutshell
