As Account Manager at Lamudi, you are at the true core of our operations. Our goal is for every client to work with Lamudi over her/his entire professional real estate lifetime - and you shall make sure it will be this way by providing the best level of customer service.

Your mission is to ensure that Lamudi clients stay our clients for their entire time as a professional in real estate.

Responsibilities

    • Client onboarding and training in the usage of the website (through phone)
    • Assisting in the (re-) collection/updating of clients' property listings
    • Monthly touchpoint/call with each client to ensure top customer service level
    • Ensuring all client concerns & complaints are addressed and ideally solved within 24 hours of the complaint
    • Ensuring up to date payments of all clients
    • Administration of all activities + results in Salesforce & other trackers

Minimum Qualifications

    • Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills (particularly over the phone)
    • Good at building + maintaining relationships
    • Very strong sales & negotiation skills
    • Fluency in spoken & written English
    • Well-organized and structured working style
    • Team Player
