Onboarding of new clients (Includes Account creation for Lamudi and MyProperty) and facilitates initial walk-through to each tool within all clients Agent Portal access such as Dashboard, Properties, Lead Management Tool, etc.

Creating a plan of schedule for the client to ensure account utilization and understands potential performance based on the engagement of each client.
Processing collection of listings and facilitates all agreement-related inclusions within the duration of the partnership.
Identifying and coordinating with creating a performance report for each client on a monthly basis.
Assistance with listings improvement based on the identified assessment and recommendation by the Business Intelligence unit.
Assistance with rejected listings and ensuring that utilization of account will be maximized the soonest possible time.
