Mission: The Jr. Customer Service Representative shall be responsible for gauging and filtering the quality of incoming leads. They shall possess a high level of communication and coordination skills to facilitate the seamless flow of data between Lamudi & clients, and should be customer-oriented at all times.

Responsibilities

    • Screen and qualify incoming leads
    • Outbound calling
    • Connect buyers and sellers
    • Screen Key Account Leads & communicate leads with clients
    • Update lead database
    • Constant communication and feedback with clients, sales and account management
