We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Manager - Broker Partnerships to lead our efforts in building and maintaining relationships with key real estate brokers and agencies. We provide our partners opportunities to earn the best commissions from the best projects, you and your team will be tasked with ensuring all brokers are maximum motivated to work with Lamudi for their primary (new build) property sales.

What a day at work for you will look like:
- You will build and sustain strong relationships with real estate brokers and agencies.
- You will initiate motivating incentive- and promotion schemes to motivate brokers to sell with us.
- You will lead a team of broker partnership associates who supports brokers hands-on at closing deals
- You will collaborate with the marketing team to initiate and execute large scale engagement events to ensure we stay top of mind of our partner network
- You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnership and growth.

- At least 5 years of work experience in sales, business development, or partnership management
- Preferably experienced in the real estate industry or another industry that works with commission-based sales agents such as insurance, MLM, or other. Although this is not strictly required.
- Preferably experienced in a tech company, especially those that use technology to enhance (small) business performance.
- High level of resilience to perform at a high level.
- Performance and target oriented.
Our selection procedure in a nutshell
The position reports to the VP of Transactions. During the interview process, you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
