As the Head of Agency, you will be a leader, a creative, an inspirational and proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset and you will be responsible for analysis and reporting of results, campaign planning and strategy.
Our mission is to provide any Indonesian the most trustworthy and reliable way to buy a property. We do this by using technology to empower 10,000+ real estate agents and 100's property developers by connecting them to millions of prospective buyers previously beyond their reach.
What a day at work for you will look like:
- You will collaborate with the marketing and sales division in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities
- You will collaborate with our commercial team to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
- You will conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
- You will lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral and activities
- You will ensure each campaign, activity and channel is fully evaluated and that this evaluation is acted upon to drive continuous improvement
- You will develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies
- You will analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape
Is this you?
- Research experience: A strong experience in gathering and interpreting market and consumer data to make strategic decisions
- A good campaign manager: Must be an organized project managers who have the ability to multitask, develop budgets, KPIs, and marketing plans, and execute projects from start to finish
- Savvy digital marketer: Proven experience in raising awareness and can competently manage digital strategies such as SEO/SEM marketing
- Creativity: Finding novel, exciting ways to develop a brand and get its message out there can make all the difference to a marketing campaign
- Strong negotiation skills: A proven experience in working closely with distributors and vendors also negotiate terms and rates. Could also be someone who has strong experience in handling budget
- Strategic planning: An excellent strategic thinker, able to develop big-picture strategies and develop plans that align with a brand’s goals and objectives
- 7 years of brand/marketing experience in a marketing agency, startup and creative direction in agency
- Prior experience handling brands for multi-sided platform is a plus
- Creativity and the ability to produce innovative and original ideas for marketing campaigns
- The ability to manage and allocate budgets
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Our selection procedure in a nutshell
