As our Customer Service Representative, you will engage deeply with the client, and provide any kind of support or solution they need, inform them of our products and services to give the client the customer experience. Also you will be responsible to handle inquiries and/or complaints and provide solutions in the most-effective and timely manner to represent the company in the best possible way.

What a day at work for you will look like:
- You will be responsible to provide AAA service to ensure our agents receive the best customer service.
- You will be responsible for on-boarding our Agents on the platform and help them get the best start they can get.
- You will act as a consultant, always ready to solve the customers problems and asking deeper questions that can help you to better understand their challenges and give the appropriate solution
- You will manage your pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce) and keep management up to date of your progress
- You will give the best advice to help customer to get most out of the product/package
Is this you?
- Excellent communicator: Able to speak clearly and directly through a friendly tone that can convey respect and empathy
- Can-do attitude: Sees solutions, not problems and is able to act upon them. You’re a problem solver and always puts the customer first.
- Resilient: No harsh conversation can get them demotivated
- Has at least a Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Has a minimum 1- 2 year work experience. A background in customer service is preferred
- Has a commitment to the job and you are excited to work in a fast-growing startup
- You are eager to learn and willing to go beyond the job description

The position reports to the Interim Head of Broker Classifieds. During the interview process, you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
