As a Broker Classifieds (Telesales - Lead/Jr Manager) you will create good relationships with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results. You will create a strong commitment to drive our telesales performance and maintain a “can do” attitude, seek solutions to problems and work toward improvement continuously.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

    • Melakukan penjualan kembali produk iklan berlangganan kepada customer Lamudi yang sudah berlangganan sampai mendapatkan pembayaran.
    • Mengajak pelanggan untuk menambahkan produk tambahan atau besaran paket dari paket awal yang telah dibeli oleh pelanggan.
    • Membangun hubungan baik dan memastikan pelanggan tetap menggunakan jasa layanan iklan berlangganan Lamudi.
    • Memastikan data di CRM (Salesforce) lengkap dan selalu diperbarui

Is this you?

    • Minimal Diploma / sederajat.
    • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai telesales di bidang penjualan produk berbayar.
    • Pengalaman sebagai upselling atau telesales customer retention diutamakan.
    • Mampu berkomitmen terhadap pekerjaan yang diberikan serta tertarik untuk bekerja dilingkungan Start-up dan ritme kerja yang cepat.
    • Memiliki smiling voice.6. Memiliki pengalaman melakukan penjualan menggunakan telepon dan aplikasi WhatsApp akan menjadi nilai tambah.
    • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar serta jelas dan efektif.
    • Kemampuan untuk mempelajari teknologi baru dengan cepat (CRM & Salesforce)
    • Tidak mudah menyerah dengan penolakan
