Mission: As Retention Lead you are responsible for overseeing retention activities. The goal is to maximize the long term value of clients by building relationships with broker clients and ensuring that clients are perfectly satisfied with the service and value we provide in order to retain existing clients.

Minimum Requirements

    • Client Retention by renewing clients.
    • 100% coverage of all expired and expiring accounts that are part of the monthly target.
    • Close coordination with the Account Management team and understanding the historical performance of the account during the subscription.
    • Identifies red alert accounts work on them and advises Head of Account Management if need to.
    • Administration of all activities + results in Salesforce.
    • Management of Retention Team including:
    • Allocation of accounts to renew MoM (Target setting)
    • Coaching and training of the team
    • Monitoring/reporting of results
    • Create and propose promos MoM
    • Approval of discounts and contract activation
