About The Challenge

As an Intern in Client Success Project Sales, you will actively participate in the operational and execution phases of client projects, ensuring smooth progress and successful outcomes. Your role will involve supporting day-to-day management of projects, assisting in client interactions, coordinating with various teams like Marketing, Operations, and Sales to execute project tasks effectively, and documenting processes and results for reporting. This hands-on internship is designed to develop your practical skills in project management and client services, making it an excellent opportunity for those eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What a day at work for you will look like:

    • Execution Support: Assist in managing and tracking the execution stages of client projects, ensuring they progress smoothly from start to finish.
    • Client Interaction: Support the team in client interactions to ensure their needs are met and their experience is positive throughout their project lifecycle.
    • Coordination of Project Details: Work alongside different teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Direct Sales to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and executed effectively.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Help in documenting project processes and outcomes, preparing detailed reports to track the successes and learning points of each project.
    • Support Strategic Planning: Assist in developing detailed plans for each project execution step, including timelines and resource allocation.

    • A third-year university students or a freshg raduate from good Indonesian or foreign university
    • Good command of Excel/Google sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
    • Have a good command of English language, as well as being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
    • Have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, are able to work under pressure and with target
    • Proactive, self-motivated and have the desire to learn
    • You are persuasive and customer centrist
