About the Challenge
Lamudi enables real estate agents to be more professional while making their life easier with our technology solutions. Your mission is to ensure Lamudi to be the go-to-brand for people to sell their properties. In time, this will allow us to impact all homebuyers in Indonesia by offering the most trustworthy and reliable process to buy a property.

Your means shall be not only smart investing in offline brand building activities but also steering the company's PR and social media direction. Be rational and results driven while letting creativity take our agent brand to the next level.

Your key responsibilities are:

    • Set vision for our agent brand: Work closely with top management and managers across the company to develop and refine specific functional business strategies
    • Collaborate closely with operations and event marketing departments to ensure your vision becomes reality, championing the needs of agents across different departments that impact the level of engagement of agents with our tools
    • Drive engagement of property agents with our platform through on- and offline brand activities
    • Develop strategies for new agent acquisition and ensure top-notch execution
    • To be incredibly truth-seeking with data, set a high bar for the team to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete processes and execution plans, move fast, be biased toward action.

Who We are Looking for

    • You have a degree from a top local Indonesian or foreign university
    • 3-5 years experience with PR/marketing agency, start ups, top tier management consulting or investment banking and/or 2+ years experience in Marketing
    • Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills
    • You have gained your first leadership experience, and you understand how to bring the best out of your team
    • You have a strong sense of visual identity
    • You balance attention to detail with swift execution
    • High sense of responsibility and commitment
    • Knowledge of the property market is beneficial (but not required), experience is a definite plus
    • You have a strong interest in e-commerce companies and start-ups
    • You have a good command of English language, as well as being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
    • You have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, are able to work under pressure and with target
    • You are proactive, self-motivated and have the desire to learn
