As a Property Specialist, you are the star sales person who has experience with pitching on call and closing deals in person. You are responsible to follow our client's lead through the entire sales funnel from inquiry to closing the deal by serving as a liaison to property sellers and seekers.
You provide guidance and ensure all preferences are met while finding the best matched property for the seekers. To succeed in this role, you should be highly independent, smart and with strong commitment to solve customers' needs. You should be able to work comfortably with technology, adapt quickly to new situations and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience as a real estate agent
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- A strong problem-solver with critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self starter
- Tech savvy
- High energy and drive, with the ability to balance monthly targets for a high growth company
- Strong level of professionalism and business ethics
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus
