About the challenge
The property industry is one of Indonesia's largest industries. Lamudi is on a mission to make it easier for all Indonesian's to find their dream home in the easiest and most trustworthy way. We do this hand in hand with all industry stakeholders, particularly property sellers such as agents and banks. In this role, you will own Lamudi's brand for these stakeholders, building out our B2B brand as thought leader in the property industry, being the key industry partner in digital transformation.

As our Industry Brand Manager, you will build an execution oriented Brand Team to advance reputation and awareness of Lamudi’s brand amongst agents and developers. The team will be comprised of creative, innovative and disciplined executors that develop and elevate our narrative by carefully designing and executing engagement activities that drive adoption of Lamudi's technology tools that make the life of a property seller easier.

What a day at work for you will look like:

    • You will own Lamudi's industry brand, and establish Lamudi as a key partner and thought leader for all key stakeholders in the property industry
    • You will develop and manage marketing campaigns across offline (particularly events) and online channels to establish Lamudi.co.id as the go-to brand for property sellers (merchants) agents and developers, driving acquisition, engagement and retention
    • You will execute industry leading events such as seminars, trainings, awards, with the aim of establishing Lamudi as the thought leader
    • You stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our business leadership teams to ensure your campaigns perfectly support the business goals
    • You will be key responsible for developing marketing promotions that drive a positive ROI
    • You will analyze the success of marketing campaigns and generate data driven reporting
    • You will manage and develop a team of industry brand specialists and trainers, investing your time to ensure their development and success
    • You will coordinate with the wider brand and creative team to ensure your campaigns meet our brand standards
    • You will conduct research amongst your target market in order to keep solving their pain points

Is this you?

    • A good campaign manager: Must be an organized project managers who have the ability to multitask, develop budgets, KPIs, and marketing plans, and execute projects from start to finish, willing to get hands-on into details when required
    • A customer centric owner: You enjoy getting close to your target market, deeply understanding their pain points, and utilizing this to drive relevant campaigns that connect to your buyers
    • Creativity: Finding novel, exciting ways to develop a brand and get its message out there can make all the difference to a marketing campaign
    • Strategic planning: An excellent strategic thinker, able to develop big-picture strategies and develop plans that align with a brand’s goals and objectives
    • Min. 7 years of brand/marketing experience in a marketing agency, startup or handling brands for any company, including minimum 3 years handling a team
    • Prior experience handling a brand for multi-sided platform is a plus
    • Prior experience building and managing merchant or seller (acquisition/engagement) brand initiatives is a big plus
    • Creativity and the ability to produce innovative and original ideas for marketing campaigns
    • The ability to manage and allocate budgets
    • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
