The applicant acknowledges and accepts that (a) any information whatsoever disclosed by the company and its representatives during the process of recruitment will be considered strictly confidential and proprietary to the company; (b) that they are required to keep such information strictly confidential and will not disclose such information to any person or make it available to the general public by any means for the period of the recruitment process and for three years thereafter; (c) that they shall not use for any purpose other than as part of the recruitment process any information disclosed by the Company; and (d) that they shall be required to return to the company any documents shared with them and delete them from any remaining data storage the applicant possesses.✱
