As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join us on a 6 month contract and help build the teams crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect.

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be an integral part the recruitment team and work closely with hiring teams across Larian Studios globally. You will guide candidates through the hiring process and are responsible for a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

    • Support the recruitment and hiring teams with scheduling virtual and in-person interviews
    • Work closely and liaise between Recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates
    • Support candidates throughout their interview process in Larian, ensuring timely movement through the pipeline, and keep them updated on their application status where needed.
    • Be the ATS (Lever) Administrator, including tidying up obsolete items, posting jobs and creating headcount requisitions
    • Take part in hiring kick-off meetings to define job descriptions and interview processes for new positions.
    • Contribute ideas and implement changes to improve processes, pipeline, and candidate experience
    • Safeguard private information for candidates under GDPR
    • Maintain confidentiality for undisclosed projects within Larian
    • Create reports on Hiring activity for different pipelines when required.
    • Work with the Recruitment Team on various team projects as required

Requirements

    • At least 1 year experience in recruitment coordinating and operations
    • People focused, both internally and externally, with excellent communication skills
    • Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
    • A solutions oriented approach when faced with obstacles or set-backs
    • Excellent administration skills 
    • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise various tasks
    • The ability to adapt to last-minute or unexpected changes
