Last Energy seeks a Simulation Engineer to play a crucial role in using simulation software to model and simulate nuclear power plant operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to delve into comprehensive simulations that will contribute to the advancement of micro-modular nuclear power plants.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Utilize 3KeyMaster simulation software to accurately model and simulate nuclear power plant operations
    • Collaborate with senior simulation engineers to analyze simulation results and identify areas for improvement
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations detailing simulation findings and recommendations
    • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in simulation technology and methodologies

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
    • 2+ years of experience with 3KeyMaster or similar simulation software is preferred
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-manage
$70,000 - $80,000 a year
