Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to lead operations at our manufacturing facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, safety, quality, maintenance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will come from a large-scale manufacturing environment and bring proven leadership in managing complex operations, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams.
This position is located in Somerville, TN with relocation assistance available.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all plant operations, including production, safety, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and workforce development.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals in efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Foster a strong culture of safety and quality throughout the facility.
- Partner with engineering, supply chain, and corporate leadership to align plant performance with organizational goals.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures for the facility.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence initiatives.
- Mentor and develop plant leadership team members to strengthen succession planning and workforce capability.
- Serve as the primary liaison between plant operations and senior management.
$115,000 - $140,000 a year
