We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our growing team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing the firm’s tax compliance and advisory services, supervising team members, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations and a proactive approach to client service and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Review and sign off on complex individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and nonprofit tax returns.
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of tax filings and planning deliverables.
- Conduct tax research and provide proactive tax planning and strategy recommendations.
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates to clients and the internal team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years tax accounting experince (public accounting experience highly preferred)
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA or EA preferred
$105,000 - $125,000 a year
