Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsible for front and backend development needs.
Oversee and manage business IT platforms such as Content Management Systems (Salesforce and ServiceNow).
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
Configure and customize the CRM platform to meet specific organizational requirements
Participate in related projects, such as testing, updating, and improving its features and functionalities as needed.
Analyze data to gain insights into team operations, productivity, and customer interactions.
Maintain strict confidentiality with company, owner, and resident information.
Coordinate and support integrations with third-party applications to enhance CRM functionality.

Security Clearance is required
10+ years experience with CRM is required.
Must be okay with working in a Scif.
Proficient with ServiceNow and Salesforce.
Bachelor's Degree is required.
Strong experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, particularly Go High Level.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in CRM data and email campaigns.
Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively lead and motivate the IT Data Coordinator(s).
Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and devise effective solutions.
Strong comprehension of digital marketing strategies and funnel campaigns.
Understanding of AI technologies and languages commonly used in AI development.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments.
Deadline-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

$85 - $90 an hour
