We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative with a scientific background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with an understanding of scientific concepts, products, or services. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring a high level of service and accurate technical communication.
This is a 3 month contract to hire. Salary $18-22/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and technical specifications.
- Assist customers with product selection based on scientific application or technical requirements.
- Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Science degree or previous experience working in a scientific company
- Strong communication/customer service skills
$18 - $22 an hour
