Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our law office. This role combines traditional office management duties with administrative support tailored to a legal environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the office runs smoothly, provide operational support to attorneys and staff, and manage the administrative functions that keep the practice efficient and compliant. This position is a 6 month contract to hire with benefits eligible after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, scheduling, and supplies procurement.
    • Manage administrative staff, assign tasks, and ensure effective workflow across the office.
    • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
    • Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor management for office needs.
    • Coordinate with IT and other service providers to maintain office systems, technology, and security.
    • Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks such as document management, correspondence, and scheduling.
    • Manage client intake processes, billing coordination, and general administrative compliance.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-wide communications and coordination.
    • Assist with HR-related functions, including onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining employee records.
