Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AV Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of audio-visual projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, organize, and manage AV installation projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with clients, engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure all project requirements are met.
    • Manage procurement and logistics of AV equipment and materials.
    • Oversee on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality expectations.
    • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to report progress, resolve issues, and adjust project plans as needed.
    • Conduct project kickoff meetings, regular check-ins, and post-project reviews.
    • Track project costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Ensure all AV systems are tested, commissioned, and delivered in working order.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

    • Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably in AV or related technology fields.
    • Strong understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, sound reinforcement, and control systems.
    • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
    • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to travel to job sites as required.
$90,000 - $115,000 a year
