Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Robotics Assembler to join our team. The Robotics Assembler will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting robotic systems and components in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, precision in work, and the ability to follow detailed assembly instructions to ensure reliable, high-quality robotic products.

This position features occasional travel (week long trip) every two months on average.

Responsibilities:

    • Assemble robotic components, sub-assemblies, and systems using mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic parts.
    • Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
    • Perform wiring, soldering, and cable routing tasks as required.
    • Conduct functional tests on robotic systems to verify proper operation.
    • Identify and troubleshoot assembly or wiring issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
    • Maintain accuracy, organization, and quality throughout the assembly process.
    • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and quality control teams to resolve technical issues.
    • Document assembly processes, test results, and any modifications made during production.
    • Follow all safety and ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
