Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated EEODI (Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity & Inclusion) Data Program Manager with a strong background in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and extensive experience using iComplaints or Entellitrak systems. This role is responsible for leading data management, analysis, and reporting efforts to support our EEO and D&I initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and promoting a fair, inclusive workplace. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, a commitment to advancing equity, and a strong foundation in EEO processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

    • EEO Data Management & Program Oversight
    • Oversee data management related to EEO and diversity, including complaint tracking, case management, and trend analysis.
    • Utilize iComplaints or Entellitrak systems to input, track, analyze, and report on EEO case data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Develop and maintain policies and processes for efficient data collection, retention, and reporting, supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze EEO and D&I data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, reporting findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports, including annual and quarterly EEO reports, diversity statistics, and other relevant documentation.
    • Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations to track program performance, identify disparities, and inform D&I initiatives.
    • System Administration & Optimization
    • Serve as the subject matter expert on iComplaints or Entellitrak systems, ensuring efficient and optimized use of the platforms for case management and reporting.
    • Work closely with IT and system vendors to address technical issues, manage upgrades, and enhance system functionalities.
    • Train and support EEO team members on system usage, data entry, and reporting processes to promote accuracy and consistency.
    • Compliance & Policy Support
    • Ensure compliance with all EEO laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and other federal and state regulations governing non-discrimination and affirmative action.
    • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to support investigations and provide data as needed for audits, legal proceedings, and regulatory reviews.
    • Monitor new regulations and industry best practices to update policies and procedures as required, ensuring alignment with current standards.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with HR, Legal, and D&I teams to align EEO data efforts with organizational objectives and D&I goals.
    • Serve as a liaison to management and staff, providing insights on EEO and D&I data, policies, and initiatives.
    • Conduct regular presentations to senior leadership on EEO data trends, progress toward goals, and recommended strategies.
$40 - $45 an hour
