We’re looking for an Electrical Drafter / Designer to join our Engineering Design Organization. In the role you will support our Instrumentation and Controls Engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Complete detailed design drawings for electrical distribution and control systems.
- Create Electrical drawings for site construction activities.
- Review vendor submittals and equipment reference drawings.
- Check drawings for accuracy and format.
- Attend project & group meetings.
- Interface with other Design teams – Civil/Structural, Piping, Stress Analysis, Mechanical & Machinery, etc.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Drafting/Design, Electrical Engineering Technology or similar field
- 5+ years of relevant drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Possible field investigations and construction observations may be required
$52,000 - $72,000 a year
