Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer with a background in the credit union or banking industry to develop and deliver engaging training programs for employees. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services, banking regulations, and customer service best practices. This role is essential in ensuring employees have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional member service, comply with regulations, and perform their roles effectively.

Hours: Daytime hours Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver training programs on financial products, banking procedures, compliance regulations, and customer service best practices.
    • Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Facilitate training sessions using various methods, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, and e-learning.
    • Create instructional materials, presentations, manuals, and job aids.
    • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and up to date.
    • Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
    • Collaborate with department leaders to align training programs with organizational goals and employee development needs.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through assessments, quizzes, and participant feedback to measure knowledge retention and training impact.
    • Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and ensure practical application.
    • Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.
$45,000 - $55,000 a year
