Duties

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities: Research, identify, and qualify key accounts and prospects to generate interest.
    • Develop and maintain customer relationships: Establish strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions and support.
    • Lead Management and Conversion: Accountable for managing and progressing opportunities through the sales funnel, from initial contact to final sale. Implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and drive customer adoption.
    • Manage Timely Customer Support: Accountable for ensuring that customer expectations are met in a timely manner by working and coordinating with manufacturing, product management, applications and quality teams
    • Triage technical issues: Communicate technical problems related to filtration applications, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
    • Support product launches: Assist in the successful introduction of new filtration products, providing market support during the launch phase.
    • Create strategic business plans to develop company's sales goals to profit LATAM markets.

Requirements

    • 10+ years of business development experience is required.
    • Has experience in business development for defense & law enforcement companies.
    • background working with LATAM markets.
    • Speak and write in Spanish is highly desired.
$100,000 - $150,000 a year
*bonus based on sales activity
