The Sales Territory Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for an engineering company’s products and services within an assigned geographic area. This role focuses on developing new customer relationships, nurturing existing accounts, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions that meet client needs.
This role is a hybrid opportunity with a mainly remote leaning focus after initial training period
Salary: $115-130k/yr + commission
Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned geographic territory to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in industries such as manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, energy, or technology.
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, including project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
- Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts within company guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and met.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence using CRM tools.
