We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our public accounting team and lead tax compliance and advisory engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate is a seasoned tax professional with strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for client service.
This role is fully onsite
Salary: $110-130k/yr
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax clients.
- Review and sign off on complex federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Provide proactive tax planning and consulting to minimize liabilities and support client goals.
- Research and interpret changes in tax laws; communicate impacts to clients and staff.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client tax matters, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop tax accountants.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5+ years tax accounting experience
- Prior CPA firm experience
$110,000 - $130,000 a year
