We are looking to fill new Customer Service Representative openings to assist our clients in the area! Our customer service representatives are genuinely excited to help customers and provide the best results for our clients.

Responsibilities

    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication in a face-to-face retail setting
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right sales methods/tools
    • Work efficiently alone and with a team to meet individual and company-wide sales quotas
    • Follow communication procedures, customer support guidelines and policies
    • Represent our client and brand with professionalism and integrity consistently
    • Collaborate with personnel to develop the best strategy to increase brand awareness and exceed sales goals
    • Take the extra mile to engage with customers

Requirements

    • Requires a high school diploma. Additional education a plus.
    • Must have previously worked with at least one CRM/FSM software system.
    • 1+ years’ proven Office Administrative experience.
    • Professional and courteous telephone manner.
    • Extremely organized, detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Proficient with computers: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Team player with the ability to work well with others.
    • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritization under pressure.
